Improving marketing and increasing sales for a tech pioneer
WD is a leader in digital storage. When R&R Partners became the agency responsible for a new campaign introducing WD’s new drives and cloud technology to the world, they were also engaged to redesign the consumer-facing website. The goal was to improve integration between the campaigns and the site to increase brand awareness; to simplify the growing architecture and immense amount of information about their products; and simplify the purchasing process and user flow to increase sales.
After strategizing and developing personas and user flow, the site was redesigned as interactive wireframes in order to test design theory and user interaction. The response was wholly positive.
